Customer Success Manager

Invoiced helps companies modernize and automates painful, complex billing processes. Over 15,000 businesses depend on our software to orchestrate their entire billing process, including invoicing, subscription renewals, processing payments, and chasing down non-paying customers. As a result, companies get paid 2 weeks faster on average, reduce the invoices they write off as bad debt by up to 30%, and frees up time for the finance team to focus on growing the revenue side of the business instead of always playing catch-up.

We are looking for a friendly face to represent Invoiced in front of our customers. At Invoiced our customers come first, which makes customer success one of the most important roles within our organization. We are looking for an individual that will work with our customers to help solve problems they encounter with our product, onboard and train new customers, and ensure they stay happy and successful with our solution.

In this role you will:

  • Work directly with enterprise accounts and own those relationships post-sale.
  • Provide onboarding, training, and support to enterprise contracts.
  • Answer incoming support tickets.
  • Maintain and improve product documentation.
  • Close revenue opportunities from existing customers that want to expand their Invoiced implementation.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and our internal product teams.

The ideal candidate has:

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience training users on new software systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized, and enjoys creating systems and processes be more efficient.
  • Comfortable learning in-depth about our product.
  • Natural problem solver - can quickly diagnose customer problems and find a solution.

Bonus points:

  • Experience at a SaaS company.
  • Technical writing background.

Account Executive (Sales)

Invoiced modernizes and automates painful, complex billing processes for businesses. Currently there are over 30 billion invoices sent annually, in the U.S. alone. The market for our billing solution is huge, especially in the mid-market sector where there is a lot of pent-up demand for our SaaS solution. Today over 15,000 businesses depend on our software to orchestrate their billing process.

We are looking for hungry sales professionals to help us grow. We are seeking quota-carrying sales executives with software sales experience. Your quota in the first year will be $750k. You will be selling our vision and solution to CEOs, CFOs, and business owners at mid-market companies. We primarily use an inside sales process, although there will be opportunities to meet with prospects at conferences and in-person sales meetings.

In this role you will:

  • Follow up with new leads via phone and email.
  • Answer incoming sales calls.
  • Perform sales demos.
  • Send out proposals and close deals for our enterprise offering.
  • Periodically attend industry conferences to develop leads.

The ideal candidate has:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales.
  • Hunter mindset, always looking for new opportunities.
  • Outgoing and personable.
  • Accurately and honestly articulates our offering to prospects.
  • Proficient at CRM (we use Pipedrive).

Software Engineer - Frontend

We are looking for a frontend engineer to deliver high-quality web interfaces to our customers (and the customers of our customers). As part of this position you will be taking complex billing processes and distilling them into easy-to-use and understand interfaces. Traditionally financial software has a track record of being painful to use with extremely information dense screens. We are changing this at Invoiced by modernizing all aspects of the billing process.

In this role you will:

  • Ship new features on our SPA dashboard web app.
  • Lead front-end development across all of our user-facing interfaces.
  • Convert design mockups into fully-functioning interfaces.
  • Improve automated testing and QA processes of our frontend components.

The ideal candidate has:

  • Highly proficient with HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
  • Knowledgeable about the Javascript ecosystem.
  • Delivers easy-to-use, high-quality user experiences.
  • Taste for good design.

Bonus points:

  • Experience with Javascript frameworks (we currently use AngularJS)

Software Engineer - Backend

We are looking for a top-notch engineer to develop and maintain our core SaaS systems. You, as the ideal candidate, should get a thrill out of automating manual processes. You should also be comfortable owning large swaths of the product and taking new features from ideation to shipped. Your will be contributing to our core billing logic, API, and payment integrations

In this role you will:

  • Ship new features across our backend applications.
  • Own the code that you ship.
  • Troubleshoot and squash bugs within our core business logic.
  • Contribute to product architecture and product road map planning.

The ideal candidate has:

  • 3+ years of experience as a software developer.
  • Experience with our tech stack or similar: PHP/Symfony 4, MariaDB, Redis, AWS.
  • Writes concise, testable code.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Thrives on a small, high-performing product team.

  • Previous startup experience.
