What counts as a customer?

We only charge you for customers that are actively billed within the calendar month to save you money.

What if I exceed the customer quota?

Any customer overages within a calendar month will be billed at $1/each.

Are there any extra fees?

Nope! We don't charge any transaction fees, unlike other billing systems. Depending on the payment methods you choose to accept, your payment processor might charge a processing fee.

Will my invoices be secure and private?

We take the privacy of our customer's data with great responsibility. Our website uses TLS (Transport Layer Security) encryption for all traffic, we perform daily backups, and only work with PCI Level 1 payment processors. Learn more on our security page.

How do I pay for Invoiced?

We accept credit card payments billed monthly for the small business plans or annual invoicing for enterprise plans. All pricing shown is in USD.
